I want to save you money.
Unlike the banks, who see you as a profit-centre, I MAKE SURE you’re in a mortgage that saves you money. In fact, your money-saving mortgage is good for both of us. Because when you know I always do right by you AND your money, you’ll choose to work with me again. My business depends on you saving money on your mortgage.
I know you’re more than a number. I focus on you, not your credit rating.
There’s more to a mortgage than your credit rating. I’ll sit down with you and we’ll talk about everything: your goals, job history, investments, savings, assets, future plans, big dreams. And then we’ll make a plan to get you into a mortgage that helps you achieve these dreams and purchase the home you want.
And the best part is, once you have completed on that mortgage my real job begins. Every six months at a minimum, I will look in to your mortgage and give you a full review and analysis of how it’s doing in the market and to make sure if there’s some room to save money, we do it. At a bank they generally will love you up front and you won’t hear from them until renewal. And more than likely form someone you’ve never heard from before.
I’m about education and against anxiety.
That’s why I spend a lot of time with my clients teaching them about the home-buying and mortgage process. I spend even more time explaining EVERY detail of your mortgage (and how to save money on it!) to you.
I never push a particular product on you. Instead, I equip you with good information so you have the knowledge you need to make good decisions.
Because education is the foundation of confidence and confidence is the antidote to mortgage anxiety. When you’re confident you know what you’re doing and what you’re signing, you’ll know how to choose the best mortgage for you. No anxiety. Lots of education.
I NEVER get you in over your head.
In my almost 20 years as a mortgage-broker, I have NEVER had a client go into foreclosure because they bought too much house for their income.
This is because my aim isn’t to get you into the most house you can afford…if only you stretch and scrimp and never ever go out for dinner and your car never requires repairs. Because that’s not reality – and that’s not the life you want to live. I’m dedicated to making sure your mortgage payments work with your lifestyle at the time. So that you can comfortably keep your life AND keep up with your payments.
We’ll look at budgeting, expenses, possible future outcomes and everything else to make sure this new mortgage works within your daily life.

I have a beautiful wife and two very special daughters who are getting too old and have taken on a love for dance, volleyball and swimming!
I have been on the school PAC for many years and was the president of two schools, for two years in a row. About to embark on two more years! I’ve spent many hours helping within the school and the district itself.
Volunteering for the 2004 Summer Games in Greece and the 2010 Olympic Games in Vancouver were two of my highlights in my life!
In 2006 – just a few years into my career – I was nominated for “Broker of the Year” by my peers, which was a big honour.
All of this means I’m just like you: I adore my family, I care about my community, and I’m committed to doing a great job for my clients.
